The role

What you'll own

A hybrid role where you run simpler sales cycles independently and support our BD Manager on larger, more complex deals — building your own book of business as you go.

Articulate partner leads

Qualify, nurture and close warm inbound leads that come through our Articulate partnership.

Outbound outreach

Re-engage old and churned leads and support new lead generation across email, phone, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

RFP lead qualification

Quickly qualify or disqualify RFP leads so the team's energy goes to the highest-potential opportunities.

Alongside the BD Manager

What you'll support

Proposal preparation

Draft proposals, pricing tables and select relevant case studies for review.

Follow-up & pipeline

Chase responses, schedule next steps and keep deals moving through the pipeline.

Meeting support

Join client calls, take detailed notes, own action items and send same-day recaps.

Internal coordination

Liaise with project teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to delivery.

Monthly base salary
AED 6,000 / month
+ performance incentives
up to ~AED 8,000 realistic OTE

Who we're looking for

Is this you?

  • 1–3 years of sales experience — B2B preferred
  • Comfortable with cold calling & outreach
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Confident with CRM systems & sales tools
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, juggles priorities

Nice to have: Arabic language skills · familiarity with LMS or e-learning technology.
